Mud Season Hack

May I add: only about 100 feet of the whole thing was flat. Tris was puffing like a little engine when we headed home on the last long uphill. Tired boy!

    1. I like it to but I don't have much of a choice. :P I do wish I had some long straightaways to do some trotting on; not every hack should build character!

Mud season --> winter is way worse than mud season --> spring, you win!

  2. Hi there! Just discovered your blog and am very curious about what workout tracker app / program you are using. I have been looking for one that includes horseback riding!

    1. Hullo!

That's the free version of Endomondo. I am torn. I like the statistics quite a lot, and I like that it tracks horseback riding. The free version has plenty of features, and the paid version has enough to tempt me that I might upgrade someday.

However: it absolutely chews through battery. It nearly ate up all my battery on this relatively short ride. I don't yet know what it will do to my data plan, either.
